    UAE: Nurmagomedov and Seedorf to launch global football academy with MMA twist

    Khabib Nurmagomedov and Clarence Seedorf have announced the Seedorf Khabib Performance Club, at a press conference in Dubai on Monday.

    The MMA legend and the former footballer founded the SK Sports Holding based in the UAE to establish the performance club - which will be a football school that plans to offer a unique training methodology involving aspects of MMA - in 10 locations around the world.

    "We know how to become champions, we know the way and right now our goal is to create champions," Nurmagomedov said.

    The pair said they undertook the venture as a way to give back to society and leave a lasting impact on young people.
