China: Zhuji City flooded after typhoon hits south of Shaoxing
Zhuji City was flooded after Typhoon In-Fa made landfall in China's eastern coast province of Zhejiang on Sunday.
The streets of Zhuji appeared to be under water as residents tried to protect their houses by placing sandbags in their house entrances.
In the metropolitan area of Shanghai, flights were cancelled, public transport limited or suspended and people living in neighbouring coastal regions evacuated in preparation for the Typhoon. Residents were advised to stay inside.
The tropical storm hit the region as people in the Henan province in central China are still occupied with rescue and clean-up operations after torrential rain caused flooding with a death toll of at least 68 people.
