This determined 10-year-old, Aeryn-Ejjina Atkinson, has stunned the internet with her weightlifting skills in Telford, United Kingdom.

Unlike children her age, her daily routine starts around 5.30 AM, when she wakes up before school to do her training sets. This young girl has been training since the age of seven, supervised by her dad, Craig, as seen on Monday.

What started with deadlifts to avoid any potential injuries, developed into all forms of weightlifting, including dumbbells, kettlebells, pressing squats, and pull-ups.

When asked how she got into weightlifting, she said, “so I watched this video of some people called Tia-Claire Toomey, the Dottirs, Mat Fraser, Rich Froning, doing this crossfit and I was like, that looks really cool, so I asked my daddy if I could do it and he did reject it for a while but then he said yes.”

Aeryn-Ejinna is set on participating in the CrossFit Games and The Olympics, representing Team GB, as well as owning her own gym. She has even drafted out a business plan, encouraged by her parents.
