UAE: McGregor and Poirier hold final weigh-in ahead of UFC 257 bout

Irish MMA star Conor 'Notorious' McGregor and his opponent Dustin 'The Diamond' Poirier faced off for the last time in Abu Dhabi on Friday, before their UFC 257 fight on Saturday night.

The fighters had the last weigh-in before the clash, with McGregor successfully classifying in the lightweight division at 155 pounds (70.3 kilograms) and opponent Poirier weighing at 156 pounds (70.8 kilograms).

"It's great to be back here, I'm delighted I've got the Louisiana hot sauce. I look forward to bringing the hot sauce and the fire tomorrow, let's go" Said McGregor in an interview on stage after being gifted a bottle of hot sauce from the Louisiana-born Poirier.

The fighters have fought before in 2014, with McGregor winning the fight with a first round TKO, marking the first knockout loss of Poirier's career.
