The COVID-19 vaccination campaign with the Sputnik V shot began on December 29, with a second batch of the vaccine arriving in the country on January 15. The Russian Direct Investment Fund (RDIF) and the Argentine government agreed on the delivery of 10 million doses of the vaccine to Argentina.
