A blaze killed at least five people at a facility of India's Serum Institute in Pune on Thursday.
Footage shows plumes of smoke rising over the building, which was reportedly still under construction.
The company, considered to be the world's largest vaccine maker, said the production of treatments was not affected by the incident.
