Argentina: Drone footage shows cemetery where Maradona was buried
Drone footage recorded on Friday shows the Jardín Bella Vista cemetery in Buenos Aires, where the late legendary footballer Diego Armando Maradona was buried on Thursday.
Thousands of people said farewell to Maradona at a wake that ended in chaos, with several fans breaking into the Casa Rosada, the seat of the Argentine government.
"As a fan of Boca and as an Argentinean I will always follow him in my heart," stated fan Andres Maidana.
"For me Maradona is God, he is God and he will continue to be God forever," exclaimed Maradona suppoerter Raul Israel Gallo.
The building of the Benavídez Public Prosecutor's Office, where four prosecutors are investigating the circumstances of Maradona's death, is also visible in the footage.
The Argentine government has decreed three days of national mourning after the announcement of the death of the legendary footballer.
'D10s' as he was often known, became football's biggest superstar in the 1980's by leading Argentina to a World Cup victory in 1986 and carrying Napoli to their only ever Italian titles in the 1986-87 and 1989-90 seasons.
Maradona passed away aged 60 on Wednesday. He was hospitalised two weeks ago, to remove a blood clot from his brain, and released eight days later following a successful operation.
