
Kazakhstan: Russia tests new anti-ballistic missile system
Russian Aerospace Forces conducted a successful test of a new anti-ballistic missile system at Kazakhstan’s Sary Shagan testing range, the Russian Defence Ministry said on Thursday.
According to Lieutenant General Andrei Demin, the “experimental prototype of the missile defence system operated well and according to the programme of implemented combat algorithm.”
The previous test of the missile system was conducted at the Sary Shagan testing range last month.
