
Argentina: Fans gather en masse outside morgue to pay tribute to Maradona
Fans were gathered outside the morgue located in Tigre municipality, in Greater Buenos Aires, on Wednesday, where Argentine football legend Diego Armando Maradona was carried after he has died, aged 60.
Maradona was hospitalised two weeks ago, to remove a blood clot from his brain, and released eight days later following a successful operation.
According to the Clarin, the largest newspaper in Argentina, he suffered a cardiorespiratory arrest at the residence where he had settled after the head surgery.
