      France: Police stationed at scene of Parisian stabbing after attacker shot dead

      Police and emergency services were at the scene in Conflans-Sainte-Honorine on Friday where a man had died after reportedly being 'beheaded.' The attacker has reportedly been shot dead.

      A French police spokesman said the victim who died was a teacher.

      According to local media, the attacker was chased from the site and later gunned down nearby in Eragny-sur-Oise.

      An anti-terrorist prosecutor has been called in to lead the investigation.
