Muddy waters filled the streets of the Sudanese town of Singa on Tuesday, in one of the country's areas most affected by a Blue Nile river flooding.

Drone footage of the flooding shows the extent of the flood waters reaching Singa and its environs.

Sudan's Ministry of Interior announced Saturday that around 100 people had been killed and hundreds of thousands displaced by the flooding.
