
Spain: Archbishop of Barcelona holds mass commemorating COVID-19 victims at Sagrada Familia
Cardinal Juan Jose Omella, Archbishop of Barcelona and President of the CEE (Spanish Episcopal Conference), led a mass at the Basilica of the Sagrada Familia in Barcelona on Sunday commemorating COVID-19 victims and all those who have died during the pandemic.
People attended the mass wearing face masks and respected the social distancing, leaving space between chairs and benches.
This mass took place on the Day for the Victims of the Pandemic recently adopted by the Spanish Church.
