USA: Angelenos call for Trump's impeachment outside LA City Hall
Thousands of people protested in front of the Los Angeles City Hall, on Tuesday, demanding that US President Donald Trump be impeached, a day before the US House of Representatives decides whether the process will proceed to a trial in the Senate.
Footage shows the protesters gathered around a bus from which many speakers, including actor and activist Alyssa Milano, addressed the crowd.
"This asshole has committed obstruction of justice, abuse of power, bribery, obstruction of Congress and the American people know this. And we also know that the Republicans are picking party over country," said Milano.
Moreover, the footage shows dozens of protesters holding signs calling for Trump's impeachment. Minor scuffles took place when an Info Wars reporter attempted to heckle the rally with a megaphone.
More than 600 events were scheduled to call for Trump's impeachment across the country.
