UK: Residents and visitors defiant after London Bridge stabbing attack
Residents and visitors reacted to the London Bridge stabbing attack in the British capital on Saturday as IS (Islamic State; formerly ISIS/ISIL) said it was behind the incident.
"As a Londoner, we will continue exactly as we always do. We will celebrate, we will socialise, enjoy the fantastic city. It will not change us one bit", said one of the residents.
"We have to have solidarity for the people that work here. And it's important to show that we are not scared, that we won't be stopped living our lives from what happened yesterday," said another Londoner.
Two people were killed and three injured in the attack treated as a 'terrorist incident' by the London Metropolitan Police. The suspect was shot dead by officers.
