Hundreds of horses and period actors took part in the commemorative parade, marking the 109th anniversary of the start of the Mexican Revolution, in Mexico City on Wednesday.

Revolutionary Day is Mexico's annual public holiday, celebrated on November 20, which marks the day when the war to overthrow then Mexican President Porfirio Diaz started in 1910.
