
Mexican folk dancers break world record at Guadalajara festival
Hundreds of performers broke the Guinness World Record for the largest gathering of Mexican folk dancers at the International Festival of Mariachi and Charro in Guadalajara on Saturday.
It took 882 participants dancing in unison to break the previous achievement of 457 dancers set at the same festival in 2011.
The International Mariachi and Charro Festival is held every year in Guadalajara to celebrate Mexican culture, dance and music.
