
Germany: President Steinmeier receives Prince Charles in Berlin
Charles, the Prince of Wales, was received by German President Frank-Walter Steinmeier at Bellevue Palace in Berlin on Tuesday.
The British prince was seen arriving at 14:55 local time at Schloss Bellevue in Germany's capital city, after a short meeting with Chancellor Angela Merkel, and before heading to the Brandenburg Gate where large crowds were due to meet he and his wife Camilla.
Prince Charles is currently travelling with Camilla, the Duchess of Cornwall, on a four-day tour to Germany where he will also visit Leipzig and Munich.
