
Syria: Damascus car bomb kills one and injures five
One civilian was killed and five others were injured after a car bomb went off in a Damascus neighbourhood on Wednesday.
The bomb was reportedly planted inside a car in the Nahr Aysheh district in southern Damascus and the driver was killed in the attack.
No group has yet claimed responsibility for the incident but the Syrian Arab News Agency (SANA) said 'the blast was caused by an explosive device planted by terrorists.'
