      Darkness consumed Moscow, including the Kremlin, the Bolshoi Theatre and the International Business Centre, for 60 minutes to celebrate 'Earth Hour' on Saturday.

      'Earth Hour' is a worldwide movement held annually to encourage people to turn off their lights for 60 minutes as a symbol of their commitment to the planet.

      Similar action will be taking around the globe this weekend.
