USA: 'Russia has to get out' of Venezuela – Trump during meeting with Guaido’s wife
US President Donald Trump demanded Russian troops leave Venezuela as he met with the wife of Venezuelan opposition leader Juan Guaido, Fabiana Rosales, at the White House in Washington DC, on Wednesday.
"Russia has to get out," said Trump addressing reporters in the Oval Office where he had received Rosales, adding that "all options" were "open" to make the Russian troops leave.
A group of around 100 Russian soldiers arrived in Caracas on Monday, reportedly as part of a military collaboration between the two countries.
Rosales had earlier met with the US Vice President Mike Pence as she has been rallying for international support for her husband.
