Germany: Dynamo Dresden fans protest new stadium laws
Fans of German football club Dynamo Dresden hit the streets to protest against changes to Saxony laws for football fans, in Dresden on Sunday.
Chanting and holding a banner that read "Fan rights = civil rights", thousands walked together towards the local Rudolf-Harbig Stadium before a home game in the second division between Dynamo Dresden and VfL Bochum.
The new law reportedly will tighten security procedures for fans at football stadiums in Saxony.
On January 26, 5,000 fans took to the streets to demonstrate against the planned changes, which are reportedly due to be adopted later this year in the Saxon state parliament.
