
Vietnam: Kim Jong-un meets with Prime Minister Nguyen in Hanoi
North Korean leader Kim Jong-un met with Vietnamese Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc in Hanoi on Friday, a day after after the breakdown of his summit with US President Donald Trump in the Vietnamese capital.
Greeting Kim at the government office, Nguyen Xuan Phuc showed him photos of former North Korean leader Kim Il-sung, Kim's grandfather, during his previous visits to Vietnam's capital.
Kim is scheduled to lay wreaths at Vietnam's war memorial and Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum on Saturday before he is expected to be driven to the border city of Lang Son to take the 60-hour train journey back to North Korea.
