Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro’s political rival Juan Guiado has promised to deliver aid into the country. He has called the incident a "test" for the military, who face the option of disobeying Maduro’s orders to block the supplies.
Maduro has vowed to continue blocking assistance from entering the country.
