      At least one person is reportedly trapped beneath rubble as an explosion destroyed part of a residential building in The Hague on Sunday.

      At least nine people were injured as the result of the explosion. Emergency services were seen present at the scene.

      Media is citing Dutch police saying the blast might have resulted from a gas leak.
