Russian President Vladimir Putin was given an official welcoming ceremony at the Palace of Serbia in Belgrade on Thursday.

As Putin and his Serbian counterpart Aleksandar Vucic walked along the red carpet towards the palace, they realized they forgot to greet the delegations, promptly turning back and shaking hands with the officials.

Later Vucic and Putin are expected to hold talks at the Serbian president’s official residence, during which the two leaders are expected to sign a number of agreements.

The leaders will also briefly attend an exhibition devoted to relations between Russian and Serbia in the period between 1804 and 1918.

Putin will also reportedly award Vucic with the order of Aleksandar Nevski. The presidents will then hold a joint press conference and visit Serbian Orthodox Cathedral St. Sava.
