Croatia: Croatian fans fill up Maksimir Stadium ahead of Spain clash
Croatian fans shared their hopes to see their team victorious as they flocked to Zagreb's Maksimir Stadium on Thursday, moments before the upcoming match between Spain and Croatia for the UEFA Nations League.
"We want to win tonight, and we will win tonight," said Deni.
Another fan, Vieko, said that after the World Cup the players "overslept" and lose the matches but tonight the players "will play much better."
He added that no racism exists within the heart of the Croatian team and its fans, but that "in every group there is a black sheep," but it doesn't represent the majority of people.
Croatia needs to secure a win versus Spain after losing 0-6 to Spain in the first match.
