Germany: Flexible displays and bendy smartphones take IFA Berlin by storm
US-based Chinese company Royole presented its innovative flexible displays and smart devices at the annual exhibition of consumer electronics (IFA) in Berlin on Friday.
Flexible displays on fashion items were showcased at IFA 2018, as well as the prototype of a bendable smartphone that can roll around the wrist of its owner.
For Royole Director of Marketing Michael Williams this exhibition "showcases the unique capabilities of flexible display and flexible centre technologies."
He added that "tablets and smartphones" are "the sweet spot for technology" and that Royole aims at taking "what now is basically a rigid product or a bendable product and making it fully flexible."
