      Cuba: French FM Le Drain welcomed by Cuban counterpart in Havana

      French Foreign Minister Jean-Yves Le Drian was received by his Cuban counterpart Bruno Eduardo Rodriguez Parrilla in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs building in Havana on Saturday.

      Both praised the strength of their respective countries' bilateral relationship as Le Drian commenced his two-day visit to Cuba.

      Le Drian is the first European foreign minister to visit Cuba after the election of President Miguel Diaz-Canel.
