      The lights went out at the White House for a moment, as US President Donald Trump reaffirmed his "full faith and support for America's intelligence agencies," in Washington D.C. on Tuesday.

      As the White House went dark for a moment, Trump joked that "they just turned off the light. That must be the intelligence agents."
