Russia: Mexico coach slams Neymar for 'clowning'
Mexico coach Juan Carlos Osorio said that Brazil's actions were "not a good example for football and for the world of football" during a press conference in Samara on Monday, after Brazil beat his team out of the World Cup.
Without mentioning his name, Osorio made it clear that the player in question was striker Neymar. This should be a game with virility and determination, a man's game in the same way other sports are played. And not with all this clowning," Osorio said.
Speaking at a subsequent press conference, Neymar said "I only have to play football. I have to play and help my team-mates and help my team. I came here for this, I didn't come here for other things."
