Shoddy small-scale robots competed in sumo-wrestling at the 2018 Hebcon conference in Tokyo on Saturday.

Just as in a human sumo wrestling match, the robot that manages to push its opponent off the stage, is the winner.

Hebcon, which is a coinphrase from 'conference' and 'Heboi', meaning "technically poor, or crappy", is taking place for the second time, and featured 31 competitors.
