SOT, Journalist: "Surprised."

SOT, Flo Early, cheese-rolling competition winner: "Surprised... [laughs]"

SOT, Journalist: "How was the race?"

SOT, Flo Early, cheese-rolling competition winner: "Fine.

SOT, Journalist: "Anything special? Was it coming down, landing?"

SOT, Flo Early, cheese-rolling competition winner: "I don't know. I just fallen over quite a lot."

SOT, Journalist: "At least you've won again. You've won it before, haven't you?"

SOT, Flo Early, cheese-rolling competition winner: "It's my third time... ten years ago and then two years ago."

SOT, Nathan Anstey, Cheese-rolling competition competitor: "No, it's my second time. I came here last year; it's the most exhilarating thing I've ever done so I had to come back."

SOT, Journalist: "How did you do last year compared to this year?"

SOT, Nathan Anstey, Cheese-rolling competition participant: "Much better this year. I came out, you know, leading to the event I ate a lot of Double Gloucester in my toasted sandwiches to get the taste so I really had that sense and my gameplay, coming out really hard, that way you get the momentum and the hill does the rest. Unbelievable run I thought."

Thousands of spectators watched competitors hurtle downhill after a rolling wheel of cheese in Brockworth, Gloucestershire on Monday.

From the top, a 9 pound (4.1 kilogram) round of Double Gloucester was sent rolling down the hill followed by chasing competitors. Those who crossed the finish line first at the bottom won a wheel of cheese.

This year's winner in the female category - Flo Early - managed to dislocate her shoulder falling head-over-HILLS for that cheese!

While another entrant - Nathan Anstey - sporting only a pair of 'budgie smugglers' had travelled all the way from Australia to take part. "It's the most exhilarating thing I've ever done so I had to come back," he said in an interview afterwards.

The annual Cooper's Hill Cheese-Rolling and Wake attracts thousands of spectators every Spring Bank Holiday.

The event has been run on an unofficial basis since 2010, when health and safety fears caused it to be cancelled.
