
South Korea: South Korea open for talks with NK ‘without preconditions’
South Korea is ready for an open dialogue with North Korea 'without preconditions', the Unification Minister Cho Myoung-Gyon told reporters in Seoul on Friday.
"We have a willingness to discuss openly and unconditionally about what North Korea is interested in", Myoung-Gyon said.
In a separate move, South Korean President Moon Jae-in suggested on Tuesday that joint military drills with the United States could be postponed to ease tensions in the region.
