USA: Counter protesters come out in force ahead of reported KKK rally

Ahead of a planned Klu Klux Klan (KKK) rally, scores of counter-protesters gathered outside the Lancaster County Court House to express their opposition to the white supremacist group, Saturday.

The protest attracted many locals who took to the streets holding signs reading "Love not hate" and "Respect human rights". A local minister Rebeca Myers spoke, "This kind of hatred and supremacy is not ok, and also we gather to see what can we do in our own communities and with each other to create more unity to address issues lake race and racism."

The KKK had announced plans to hold a rally at an undisclosed location in Quarryville, according to the group's website. Local sheriff has, however, denied the reports.
