      The Lawn Mower Racing World Championships were held in Kent on Saturday.

      The mowers were raced in four categories, including mowers that the 'driver' runs behind, and mowers that were ridden like racing cars.

      The world championship takes place over a two day race weekend, in a series of heats over both days, with all points counting and culminating in a world champion.
