      Syria: Russian airstrikes hit targets near Deir-ez-Zor

      Russian Defence Ministry released footage, on Sunday, that shows Russian Tupolev Tu-22 M3 bombers targeting militant command posts near the city of Deir-ez-Zor.

      The bombers reportedly also hit six arms depots and various military vehicles, including tanks and infantry combat vehicles.

      According to the Ministry of Defence, the air support was provided by Su-30SM and Su-35S vehicles, which took off from the Hmeymin airbase.
