
USA: Angry protesters burn petrol station after police shoot and kill man in Milkwaukee
Clashes erupted between police and crowd of protesters in Milwaukee, Saturday, after a police officer shot and killed a man following a traffic stop.
Around 100 protesters gathered at the location and reportedly set the petrol station on fire after hours of confrontation with police officers. Firefighters said that they could not approach the burning petrol station due to gunshots.
The crowd also reportedly began to smash the windows of the vehicles parked nearby and set one of them on fire as well. One police officer was injured and was taken to hospital. According to the police, the killed man had a firearm in his possession.
