Japan: Silent but deadly! Upgrade your star-throwing stealth skills at Tokyo's NINJA exhibition
Thousands are expected to visit the newly opened 'Ninja' exhibition at the National Museum of Emerging Science and Innovation (Miraikan) in Tokyo’s Odaiba area, Saturday, to gain an insight into the life and mind of the stealthy Japanese fighters.
The exhibition is the consequence of a long-term scientific research into ninja life by Mie University, a project designed to better understand the ninja mentality, with numerous ninja weapons, outfits and tools going on show.
The exhibition is divided into three separate categories – focusing on the ninja’s mind, skill and body, - and offers interactive ninja training to the visitors in each category. The visitors are able to learn among other things, how to walk like a ninja, throw weapons, and discover how to see through a ninja’s eyes.
'The Ninja' will be on display from July 2 to October 10.
