      England and Welsh football fans were caught on camera throwing small coins at migrant children in Lille, Wednesday, watching as the youngsters fell over each other to collect the money from the floor.

      Four children gathered outside a pub in the centre of the city whilst supporters laughed and hurled coins in their direction.

      The football fans were drinking in a local Lille bar ahead of their next Group B clash on Thursday.
