Thousands participated in a so-called 'Funeral march' in Buenos Aires, Wednesday, to denounce the the number of young people killed through drug abuse in Argentina.

During the march, protesters called on the government of President Mauricio Macri to take appropriate measures to address the issue.

Protesters marched through the streets holding crosses, coffins and wreaths. At the end of the march they held a vigil, laying wreaths on the coffins and praying for the victims of drug abuse.
