      China: Chery unveils their latest FV2030 concept car at Auto China 2016

      Chinese automobile company Chery unveiled their new Chery FV2030 concept car on the first day of the Auto China 2016 international automobile exhibition at the China International Exhibition Center, Monday.

      The Chery FV2030 is a sporty four-door coupe, powered by an electric motor and fitted with a new kind of energy-generating 'linear inductive system' in the vehicle's wheels, which can bypass the engine and potentially power the vehicle through the road, much like magnetic-levitating (Maglev) trains. The FV2030's dashboard also features a holographic screen to beam 3D images into the cabin.

      The 14th Beijing International Motor Show, also known as Auto China 2016, will take place in the Chinese capital from April 25 to May 4, 2016, at the China International Exhibition Center (CIEC). The Beijing Motor Show takes place every two years, on alternating years with the Shanghai Motor Show, to form China's annual international automobile exhibition.
