USA: 'Israel’s security is non-negotiable' says Clinton at AIPAC
Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton spoke on the second day of the American Israel Public Affairs Committee (AIPAC) policy conference in Washington D.C on Monday.
During her speech, Clinton vowed to support Israel and boost US-Israeli relations should she become president. Clinton said one of her first actions would be to invite the Israeli prime minister to the White House.
Clinton appeared to indicate her concern at Republican frontrunner Donald Trump's position on US-Israeli relations, saying "yes, we need steady hands. Not a president who says he's neutral on Monday, pro-Israel on Tuesday and who-knows-what on Wednesday - because everything is negotiable. Well my friends, Israel's security is non-negotiable."
Republican presidential candidates Donald Trump, John Kasich and Ted Cruz all also spoke at the AIPAC conference on Monday.
