Collin Clarke, a 22-year old American with Down Syndrome, placed fifth in the Kentucky Muscle bodybuilding championships in Louisville, Kentucky, Sunday.

The bodybuilder only began his regime of rigourous training one year ago when he met personal trainer Glenn Ubelhor who convinced him to step into the gym.

"It feels amazing on that stage. All I see is the best people, the fans, and my trainer, he motivated me and inspired to do all the things I can today," he said after the competition.
