European elites are accepting refugees in a bid "to collapse our states" and cause the "dissolution of our national identity," leader of France's National Front party Marine Le Pen claimed during her address at far-right forum in Brussels, Tuesday.

Speaking at the Vlaams Belang Congres, organised by ultra-nationalist the Belgian Flemish to discuss the topic of migration into Europe, Le Pen railed at "the surrender of patriot resistance" in Europe, while decrying suggestions on the refugee crisis by "the Junkers, the Martins Schulzes, the Angela Merkels."

She called for 'illegal immigrants' to be "sent back home," following former Australian Prime Minister Tony Abbot's policy example on migration, with hopes of keeping down the number of dead refugees in European waters. Abbott was ousted as Australian Prime Minister on Tuesday.
