      A major fire broke out in an skyscraper apartment building, currently under-construction in the city of Sharjah, Thursday. There were no reports of victims.

      Local newspapers reported that as debris fell down, the area around the residential building was vacated, while fire-fighters took to the scene.

      The fire is believed to have started from the top floor, after which flames moved down, engulfing the lower floor.
