
Ukraine: Right Sector set up checkpoints outside Kiev
Right Sector militants set up a checkpoint on the outskirts of Kiev on Sunday, following deadly clashes between the group and police in Mukachevo which reportedly caused two deaths and more injuries.
Surviving militants have been blocked in by governmental security forces in Mukachevo and are refusing to lay down their arms until they receive a ‘decree from Right Sector leader Dmitri Yarosh to surrender,’ according to Right Sector press secretary Artem Skoropadsky.
The group have threatened Kiev authorities with "direct action."
