
Latvia: Even Ukraine "war" could not prevent EP-EU integration - Lithuanian President
President of Lithuania Dalia Grybauskaite heaped praise on the "achievements" of Moldava, Georgia and Ukraine on the sidelines of the Eastern Partnership summit in Latvian capital Riga, Thursday. Grybauskaite said Ukraine and Georgia could receive visa-free status within the European Union by the end of the current year.
The Eastern Partnership Summit takes place in Riga and is focused on the European Union's approach to its European neighbors including Ukraine, Moldova, Belarus, Georgia, Armenia and Azerbaijan.
