Georgia: "Minsk agreement must be respected" - Austrian President Fischer
Austrian President Heinz Fischer made clear that the Minsk agreements must be "respected and implemented" during a joint address with Georgian President Giorgi Margvelashvili at Tbilisi's Presidential Palace, Monday.
The Austrian leader said that the ongoing civil conflict in Ukraine "has damaged the political climate in Europe", as well as his country's own interests.
The Austrian President will be in the country for two days for bilateral talks, with his second day to be dedicated to the Georgia-Austria business forum.
