Switzerland: Diplomats creatively clear their heads as nuclear talks continue
As the P5+1 talks in Lausanne continued, diplomats tried different ways of clearing their heads during short breaks in between tackling the Iranian nuclear program, on Wednesday.
US Secretary of State John Kerry went for a walk, while the Russian deputy foreign minister preferred to have a breather in the Russian delegation room, and some of the German delegates went for a run.
The P5+1 talks entered the seventh day after the initial deadline for a preliminary agreement on March passed. Top diplomats from Russia, the US, the UK, France, Germany and Iran attended the talks dedicated to find a solution to the Iranian nuclear program. The initial agreement is expected to be signed later on Wednesday. The deadline for the final agreement is June 30.
