US President Barack Obama expressed his condolences to Germany and Spain and victims of the Germanwings plane crash, Tuesday. His remarks came at the beginning of a joint press conference with Afghan President Ashraf Ghani in Washington, D.C.
The Germanwings Airbus A320 crashed between Digne and Barcelonnette in southern France en route from Barcelona to Dusseldorf earlier Tuesday. One hundred and fifty people were on board and are all believed to be dead.
